When should I RSVP?
We kindly ask that you RSVP by April 1st, 2025.
What is the dress code?
We’re calling the attire Garden Party Black Tie (Optional).
It’s in a garden! So, florals, bright colors, and sparkles are all encouraged.
Men who own and want to wear a Tuxedo are encouraged to do so;
otherwise, a suit and tie are also acceptable.
Women mid to floor-length spring gowns or suits. The bridesmaids are all wearing shades of lilac and lavender, in case that’s helpful in your decision-making. We would not suggest wearing stilettos; weather permitting,
we will get married outside on the grass.
Also, weather permitting, the Cocktail hour will be outside the Palm House by the pools, so bring a shawl or plan to steal your partner's jacket if it's cool that evening. The reception will be held inside the Palm House. A small amount of walking from the ceremony to the Palm House may be required.

Is there parking at the Ceremony & Reception?
Attended parking is available at GGMC at 900 Washington Avenue
(next to the BBG & Brooklyn Museum)—$25 to park.
You can also find street parking locally as it's available. Vouchers to prepay for parking are available upon request. Make a note (under Comments & Questions) when you RSVP that you plan to drive, and we will arrange it for you.
What time should I arrive? Is there transportation?
We kindly ask that you arrive at 6:00 p.m. (once the garden is closed to the public) and enter via 1000 Washington Avenue (marked ‘Staff Entrance’ about two blocks south of the public entrance). The event planners will guide you to your seat before the Ceremony starts at 6:30 p.m. If you are driving or taking an Uber, please allow time for traffic. Cocktail hour begins directly after the Ceremony
and is at the same venue.
Do I have to stay in Brooklyn?
No! New York has many accommodation options, so we encourage you to find something that fits your needs. However, if you want advice on where to stay that is conveniently located, please see the Stay section of this site.
Are children invited?
If you’d like to bring your children to the ceremony, please let us know so that we can work to accommodate them. We kindly request that the Cocktail hour and Reception be an adults-only affair; however, we can work with you to establish childcare during the event; just let us know your needs.
Make a note (under Comments & Questions) when you RSVP what you think your little one's needs might be and we will reach out to help you accommodate.
I have more questions. Who can I reach out to?
We tried to think of it all, but please reach out if you have other questions we haven't addressed here then let us know when you rsvp under Comments & Questions. Already RSVP'd? Email us anytime (elyseandmarkgrbic@gmail.com),
and we will help you with your query.

Remember that scene in the Barbie movie where they do a choreographed dance number? We thought it would be fun to do something like that
at our wedding!

You can learn the moves here if you'd like to join the fun. We promise it's not too hard; they teach this dance in schools in Australia.
